    If you are doing it together it will help with motivation, shared wisdom, support, higher order educational substantive conversation therefore the students will benefit because we as teachers can join them in their digital world. Increased capacity to cater for individual needs and provide for personalized learning programs.

    Just another thing to do...when will we have the time....when has it got to be done by...is it valid...when can I use this in the classroom....we don't have enough computers for the students...who is going to help me when I get stuck...am I going to loose my none contact time

    forums-open discussions-revisit topics-point in time-external input
    blogs-track learning journeyjourney.
    Staffroom presentations on big screen. Blogs or discussion boards in online staffroom. Wikis can be used to build meaning around or about specialist topics.

    Cluster group - teachers from the cluster get together for a term, 1 afternoon/evening a week - rotate venues to get new ideas from others - particularly valuable for small school teaching principals!
